Every couple begins with a Discovery Call. After that conversation, if you and Sophia decide the 12 week program is the right fit, you continue to the Relationship Intake, the Coaching Contract, and then your enrollment through Square.

Your Onboarding Sequence
Follow these steps in order. The Discovery Call comes first, before the Relationship Intake, the Coaching Contract, and payment.
Discovery Call
Begin with a Discovery Call with Sophia. This conversation happens before any forms or payment, so you can decide together whether the 12 week program is right for your relationship. Discovery Calls are booked and held outside this website, so this step is not marked complete automatically.
Book a Discovery CallRelationship Intake
After your Discovery Call, if you and Sophia decide to move forward, share your relationship goals, strengths, and growth areas so she can prepare for your 12 weeks.
Complete Relationship IntakeCoaching Contract
Both partners review and sign the 12 Week Relationship Coaching Contract before payment and before the program begins.
Review and Sign Coaching ContractEnrollment and Payment
LockedAfter your Relationship Intake and Coaching Contract are complete, submit your $800 program enrollment securely through Square. Coaching sessions will not begin until your program payment has been completed and confirmed. Eligible clients may choose Afterpay at checkout and divide the cost into interest free installments, subject to Afterpay approval and terms. Once Square confirms your payment, your enrollment will be marked Paid and your Welcome Email will be sent automatically to both partners.
Available after your Relationship Intake and Coaching Contract are completed.

LockedArrive at week one ready to practice Honesty, Open Communication, and Transparency together. After onboarding and payment are complete, Sophia will use the best contact numbers you provided on the Relationship Intake to reach you and arrange the scheduling call. Both partners must be present for that call. The first official session is scheduled directly with Sophia, not through this website, and the 12 weeks begin on the date confirmed with her.
Available after your program payment is confirmed.
What Happens Next
After Square confirms your payment, this page updates to Paid, your Welcome Email is sent automatically, and Getting Started unlocks. Make sure The H.O.T. Guide: Building Stronger Relationships for a Lifetime of Love has been ordered, and Sophia will use the best contact numbers from your Relationship Intake to reach you and arrange the scheduling call. Both partners must be present for that call, and the first official session is scheduled directly with Sophia, not through this website.
