Unstuck & Unshakable™ Relationships is offered by Freedom Zone Life Coaching and provides relationship coaching and education only. It is not psychotherapy, professional counseling, psychiatric services, medical treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, crisis response, domestic violence intervention, or emergency services.

No therapist client privilege and no regulated healthcare relationship is created by this website, these materials, or participation in the program.

Participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken by each participant's own free will. No one should participate because of coercion, pressure, threats, or force.

Each participant controls their own decisions about whether to begin, continue, pause, or end participation. Ending participation does not by itself create or alter any payment, cancellation, or refund right that is not otherwise stated in the official payment process or a written agreement.

Participants must be at least 18 years old and also the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, and must have the legal capacity to enter an agreement.

This website, email, intake form, contract form, and coaching program are not monitored for emergencies and cannot be relied upon for emergency response.

If a person is in immediate danger or requires urgent medical, police, fire, or emergency assistance, contact the appropriate local emergency service immediately. In the United States, call or text 988 for suicide or mental health crisis support and call 911 for an immediate emergency. In Canada, call or text 9-8-8 for suicide crisis support and call 9-1-1 for an immediate emergency. Outside the United States and Canada, contact the local emergency number, nearest emergency department, or appropriate local crisis service.

Do not use this website, forms, email, or coaching communications to request emergency assistance.

Joint relationship coaching may be inappropriate where there is active violence, threats, coercive control, stalking, intimidation, abuse, retaliation, serious safety concerns, or an inability to participate freely.

In those circumstances, participants should seek local emergency, domestic violence, legal, medical, or licensed mental health resources as appropriate. Participants should not submit detailed disclosures of abuse through website forms.

No therapist client, counselor client, physician patient, attorney client, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship is created by browsing this site, completing forms, attending a discovery call, purchasing, or participating in coaching.

Participants remain solely responsible for their decisions, actions, communication, relationships, health, safety, finances, and consequences.

Sophia Gethers and Freedom Zone Life Coaching provide education, structure, tools, reflection, and coaching support. They do not make decisions on a participant's behalf. Decisions to remain in, change, reconcile, separate from, or end a relationship belong solely to the participants.

Participants understand that relationship conversations and self reflection can be uncomfortable, emotionally activating, or lead to difficult conversations.

Participants voluntarily choose whether to engage and are responsible for seeking licensed or emergency support when their needs exceed the scope of coaching.

There is no guarantee of reconciliation, relationship preservation, improved communication, trust, emotional outcome, personal growth, financial result, or any other specific result.

Freedom Zone Life Coaching offers coaching and education, not regulated psychotherapy or professional counseling in jurisdictions where it is not authorized to provide those licensed services. Laws vary by state, province, territory, and country.

Participants are responsible for determining whether coaching is appropriate and lawful where they are located and for obtaining locally licensed professional services when needed. Services are unavailable where prohibited by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable local law are not waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sophia Gethers, Freedom Zone Life Coaching, and their officers, contractors, representatives, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for the consequences of a participant's independent decisions, actions, omissions, or application of coaching information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from the coaching program or this website shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the claimant for the program giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participants acknowledge that they voluntarily assume responsibility for their independent choices and agree not to hold Sophia Gethers or Freedom Zone Life Coaching responsible for outcomes caused by their own decisions, actions, failure to seek appropriate licensed help, or use of educational information outside its intended purpose.

This acknowledgment applies only to the extent permitted by law and is not intended as an absolute release where law prohibits it.

Square, Amazon, discovery call scheduling, crisis resources, and other external links are third party services. Freedom Zone Life Coaching is not responsible for their availability, security, terms, content, or independent actions.

Program curriculum, The H.O.T. materials, worksheets, and other program content, including The H.O.T. Guide: Building Stronger Relationships for a Lifetime of Love, remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

Program materials and sessions may not be recorded, copied, resold, taught, uploaded, or distributed without written permission.

Information practices are described on the Privacy page. Email and online communications are not emergency channels.

This educational coaching program does not automatically carry the same legal protections as licensed clinical treatment records, and nothing here should be read as a claim that HIPAA applies.

The program runs for 12 Weeks at an investment of $800. Payment is processed through the official Square payment page.

Refund, installment, cancellation, or similar terms apply only if they are separately provided in writing or in the official payment process. None are implied by these Terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law rules, and disputes should be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Fayette County, Georgia, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

This does not waive nonwaivable consumer rights.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive future enforcement.

These Terms, the Privacy policy, intake acknowledgments, the coaching contract, and the official payment terms together form the applicable written understanding.

Electronic checkboxes, typed signatures, and electronic submissions may serve as evidence of acknowledgment and acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms may be updated prospectively. Material changes should not retroactively rewrite a signed contract unless legally permitted and separately agreed.
